SharedWing

Coming December 20, 2026 · for flying clubs and Part 61 schools

We’re building it now.
Fly it from the ramp in December.

SharedWing is in active development: scheduling, Hobbs-billed invoicing, squawks, maintenance, and two-way QuickBooks on the web, with booking and check-in on a native iPhone app. Design partners are in the build with us today — everyone else on December 20, 2026.

Talk to your Wing

The first flight-school platform you can talk to.

Connect SharedWing to Claude or ChatGPT and ask your Wing what pilots and operators actually ask: is the Archer free Saturday, which aircraft are coming up on a 100-hour, who is 60 days past due. Pilots book, check in, and file squawks by voice — from the ramp, without opening an app.

Claude · todayChatGPT · todaySiri · coming with iOS 27
  • Every rule that applies in the app applies to voice — medical, BFR, currency, balance, checkout — checked server-side before anything is booked.
  • Voice squawks only ever open a squawk. Grounding stays with your admin or A&P.
  • One add-on, +$10 per aircraft,* account-wide. 30-day free trial. Everything works in the app without it.

Which aircraft are coming up on their 100-hour?
Two are close:
N7311K (Skyhawk) — 4.2 hours remaining, booked 9–12 tomorrow.
N1223Q (Archer) — 11.8 hours remaining.
N4482R is grounded on squawk #418 and isn’t accruing.
Block 11K for maintenance after that flight.
I’ll add a maintenance block on N7311K from 12:00 tomorrow, open-ended, reason “100-hour”. Confirm?

Everything a 2–25 aircraft operation runs on

The desk runs on the web. The ramp runs on iPhone.

Scheduling that enforces the rules

Drag-drop calendar, self-booking for members, conflict detection, maintenance blocks, and personal calendar sync. Medical, BFR, and checkout requirements checked before a slot is held.

Check in and out from the ramp

Hobbs and tach entry on the native iOS app — one-handed, in sun glare. Check-in closes the flight, triggers the invoice, and captures any squawk in the same operation.

Squawks and maintenance, together

Pilots report; admins or your A&P triage. 100-hour, annual, ELT, and transponder reminders — overdue aircraft are blocked automatically. Track owner aircraft your shop services, free.

Invoices straight from Hobbs

Itemized automatically at check-out, with rate groups and prepaid blocks. Card-on-file, auto-pay, and top-ups through Stripe — 2.9% + 30¢ passed through, plus 0.4%.*

QuickBooks Online, both directions

Invoices and payments push to QBO as they happen; changes your bookkeeper makes come back. Your books stay the source of truth — no month-end re-keying.

The reports a treasurer needs

Utilization, instructor hours, revenue by aircraft, A/R aging. Ready-made, exportable, and answerable through your Wing.

Native iOS app

Built for the ramp, not the desk.

Pilots book, check in, check out, pay a balance, and report squawks from a real iPhone app — not a web page in a wrapper. Lock-screen widgets show the next reservation; a Live Activity runs during checkout; the Action Button can check you in.

Works on iOS 26+
Every voice flow has an in-app equivalent.
Siri on iOS 27
App Intents from day one — Shortcuts and Spotlight too.
Web self-service too
Android pilots book and check in from the browser.
Keep ForeFlight
We run the schedule, the money, and the logbook of the airplane — not your EFB.

Switching

Two weeks, and nobody misses a booking.

Design partners get the migration done for them — including MyFBO .bak exports.

01

Send us your export

Whatever your current scheduler gives you — CSV, a database dump, a MyFBO .bak. We take it from there.
02

We rebuild the org

Aircraft, rates, members, instructor endorsements, balances, and maintenance history — then you check it against your books.
03

Run a week in parallel

Members book in SharedWing while the old system stays read-only. When the first invoice run reconciles in QuickBooks, you cut over.

Questions treasurers ask

Do my pilots or instructors ever pay?
No. One bill to the club or school, per aircraft. Instructor seats and member accounts are unlimited and free. We don’t sell a pilot tier.
Does Siri work today?
Talk to your Wing works in Claude and ChatGPT now. Siri voice flows ship with our iOS app on iOS 27 and require Apple’s Siri AI on a supported iPhone (15 Pro or newer). Until then, App Intents still power Shortcuts and Spotlight, and every flow works in the app.
Can you import from our current scheduler?
Yes — members, aircraft, balances, and maintenance history from the major schedulers, including a .bak import for MyFBO. Free for design partners.
What’s the maintenance platform fee?
Owner aircraft your shop services are free to track and don’t count toward your per-aircraft price. Each maintenance invoice to that owner carries a visible 1% line, capped at $10, paid by the owner. It’s how owner billing pays for itself.
Is there a contract or onboarding fee?
No contract, no onboarding fee. Month to month, per aircraft. Add or remove aircraft any time; the tier updates itself.
What about Android?
Android pilots book, check in, and pay on the responsive web app today; a native app follows the iOS launch. Talk to your Wing through Claude or ChatGPT works on any device.
